Deligate The Task

Sometimes we're doing all things in our house, office, school and church because we think that we can do it and make things right. Yes, you can do it. You can do it perfecly. You can finish it smoothly but have you thought to let others do that thing to let them grow.


This day i learned new thing in my life. Is to let others do something or let others experience what have you experience for them to grow.

My band rehearsed this afternoon and our drummer did'nt came. So, if we still proceed without a drummer our song will not be good as perfect. I have decide to play the drums and let my back-up do what i supposed to do but they do not know what to do. I found out that they have lack of experience doing the leading of the band. That's the time i started to say to myself "if i let them experienced this thing this will not happend". I learned my lesson. so, teach him what to do in leading the band and we do the rehearsal again and finished it well. For now on i will let them experience what i experienced for them to grow more.

Experience is a teacher. If you're doing all things in your life and not letting other do what you did, feel what you felt and experience what you experienced they will not easily discover their skills, abilities and talents.

Let them do what you did, feel what you felt and experience what you experienced. Deligate the task and wait for the growing results. God bless!
